Florence Pugh Hits Back at "Weird" Rumors
Florence Pugh has hit back at "weird" rumors that she shaved her head to "take back" her identity.
In a new interview with Elle UK, the actress said she was "really frustrated" by the speculation.
"I think it's very weird that people felt the need to make up an idea that I shaved my head for something," she said.
"I shaved my head for a role in a movie," she added. "It's not some big statement about who I am or what I'm doing with my life."
Pugh also said she found it "strange" that people were so interested in her hair.
"I don't know why people are so fascinated by my hair," she said. "It's just hair. It's not that big of a deal."
Pugh has been praised for her performance in the movie "Midsommar," for which she shaved her head.
The actress said she was "proud" of the film and her performance in it.
"I think it's a really special film," she said. "I'm really proud of it."
Pugh is currently starring in the new movie "Little Women."
The actress said she was "excited" about the film and her role in it.
"I think it's a really beautiful film," she said. "I'm really excited for people to see it."
